JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Jon: Yes we had acess as long as we were not on
lockdown in the cells..
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people?
Jon: You can only make collect calls from jail in
county and in minimum security.
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Jon: No phone cards needed just collect calls only
made..
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Jon: The jail always screened calls to make sure you
didnt use 3 way or they disconnect you from your
call.
